Nathalie is a social entrepreneur who has been working in the justice and human rights sector as an innovator for the last seven years. She is the co-founder and CEO of SEMA, an accountability initiative leveraging on new technologies to measure satisfaction and corruption with police and health services in Uganda. SEMA was the youngest organisation ever to receive the international Anti-Corruption Excellence Award in 2019 in the category of ‘innovation’. Nathalie also helped set up the global Justice Accelerator at the Hague Institute for Innovation of Law, and recently also the Amsterdam Law Hub at the University of Amsterdam – two innovation engines for the justice sector.
